Service Department Description

   Service department is meant to be a very important branch in promotion activity and maintenance of a product on the market.

   For this purpose, a service department was created in 2000 in order to ensure the necessary technical support for solving service problems claimed by the clients in conformity with the actual legislation regarding consumer rights (O.G. no 21/92 and H.G. 394/95).

   From the very beginning, the service department created and developed a national network of service shops based on contractual relationship. The main purpose is to have at least one service representative in every county in order to offer fast, efficient and in legal stipulated time solutions for service problems claimed by the final clients.

   In co-operation with network stores that sell our products and acoording to the market request, the national network of service shops enlarged, including also service shops in small towns.

   In most big towns, there were established 2, 3, or 4 service shops such that the final client can choose the proper one, close to his living area.

   When choosing the service shops, we took into consideration the following factors:

   •  Field experience;
   •  Level of workshop equipment;
   •  Workshop location;
   •  Efficiency in solving as fast as possible the service problems;
   •  Customer care.

   Establishing a fast and efficient service network represents an advantage that may contribute to the choice of our products from the market.

   The main aim of service department is to promptly satisfy the needs of our clients reffering to product quality, service problem solving, procedure suggestions for products image improvement and brand name improvement on the market.

   Establishment and development of new service networks in the neighbor countries where SC UNITED ELECTRIC INDUSTRY SRL already established commercial branches ( Yugoslavia , R.P. Moldavia).
