Our promise
In the future, we want to improve the time of feedback regarding service problem solving and in this way to add a plus to products good image.
Service network is permanently updated acoording to market requests.
Service Department sustains a program for customer watching that focuses on their opinion about our products.
This program is based on the information supplied by the service workshops from the country and aims to bring near the final clients and to promptly satisfy their needs.
In this way, the program offers information that gives us the possibility of a better analysis of the clients’ needs and of the manner of their solving, and also better analysis of the quality problems of our products.
In particular, the client will be contacted by phone and will be questioned about the quality of our products, about problems that appear in product usage, asked for improvement sugestions, or opinions about warranty conditions.
At client’s request, we can offer details and recommendations about usage and maintainance of the product, service appointments, and also concern about the entire repairment performed by the service workshop.
The following parameters arise from the clients’ information:
Products quality in accordance with market request;
Products’ position on the market in terms of quality/ price ratio;
Main damages that may appear during usage;
The rapidity of rapairment performed by the service workshops;
The treatment of service workshop towards the clients;
Frequent issues concerning the usage of the products;
Service Department will gather all this data resulting from the contact with the final clients and will analize and improve the service activity and products’ quality.
