Post-Warranty period
Many companies from the market do not focus on the post warranty period and product maintainance.For this reason, many clients with damaged products after the warranty period face big repairment tariffs, big purchaing prices for the spare parts, or the absence of a service workshop to perform the repair.
Some products on the market have very expensive accessories or about the same price with the new product.
In order to avoid such nuisances, the service department created a special spare parts stock, for purchases at request at accessible prices in comparison to other companies on the market.
The clients that bought our products benefit in the post warranty period from spare parts and accessories with 10% or 20% discount in comparison to the price of a similar product on the market.
Product maintainance
Product maintainance does not represent a free and compulsory service activity. In most cases, the final clients are not acquainted to certain procedures that lead to a long term usage.
Briefly, these procedures consist in:
- changing periodically the consumable accessories (filtres, brushes);
- periodical technical check-up (warranty or post-warranty period);
- periodical cleaning of the product.
All these procedures can be performed for special tariffs, through our authorized service workshops.
These procedures can be fullfiled for free in special periods of promotion, acoording to the number of Vortex, Galanz, Simbio and Everest products purchased by the final client.
On the basis of maintainance tickets attached to the warranty certificate, the client can ask from the service workshop for maintainance work for the product. During these promotional periods, the consumable accessories will be delivered and assembled for free.
According to these future sugestions, the service department intends to bring near clients’ needs conecrning our products.
The best marketing of the product is mostly done by the final client and this is the reason why we represent an important part in the system that can influence the client.
